These Terms govern your use of the Becca website and the Becca AI assistant. By creating an account, using Becca, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Becca is operated from Nigeria and priced in Naira.
You create an account with your name, email, and a password, and we verify your email with a code. Keep your sign-in details secure, you are responsible for activity under your account. If you forget your password, reset it at meetbecca.com/reset. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. One account per person.
Becca uses artificial intelligence and may sometimes be inaccurate or unavailable. Verify important information. Becca is not a substitute for professional advice and must not be relied on for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Always use your own judgement.
You agree not to use Becca for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; reverse engineer, copy, resell, or tamper with Becca's software; attempt to bypass usage limits or security; disrupt the service; or use Becca to infringe others' rights.
The Becca Box, our hardware product, is not yet on sale. Joining the waitlist records your interest only, it takes no payment and creates no obligation on either side. Full hardware terms, delivery, and warranty details will be published here before the first Box is sold.
Becca is built on trusted third-party providers, for example for AI processing, live information, email delivery, and payments. Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy; your use of their services through Becca is subject to their terms.
We work hard to keep Becca running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and during this early period the service may be limited or evolving.
Becca, the Ψ mark, our software, and our content are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Becca while your account is active. You may not use our brand without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Becca AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to cover losses we suffer arising from your misuse of Becca or breach of these Terms.
You may stop using Becca at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or for legal or security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the changes.
