Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Becca. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and for the Becca Box.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel any time. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current paid month — we don't cut you off early.
- We generally don't refund the current month once it has started, since you keep access for that period.
- New subscribers: if Becca isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll review a refund of that first month.
- Renewal charges aren't refundable once a new month begins, but you can cancel to stop future charges.
The Becca Box (hardware)
- If your Becca Box arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Changed your mind? Return an unused Box in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the device price; return delivery costs may be yours.
- Used or misuse-damaged devices aren't eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@meetbecca.com with your name, order or access code, and the reason. We'll respond within a few business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through Paystack to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to reflect it.
During beta
We'll always try to be fair. If something goes wrong on our side, talk to us — we'd rather make it right than lose your trust.
